The Ask

The NBA’s global brand partnerships team needed help. All-Star Weekend was fast approaching in Indianapolis, and they wanted to host a standout welcome event for 1,000+ corporate sponsors. The only problem? They were six weeks out. And the clock was ticking. We were brought in by our local Pacers contact to make it happen.

The Challenge

The venue had already been selected—Skyline Club, a private space at the top of the One America Tower. Elegant, yes. But it wasn’t event-ready. We had to transform it from scratch. No creative direction. No entertainment lined up. No second chances.

The Execution

  • Full venue takeover: Cleared the space and reimagined the layout from top to bottom.
  • Layered guest experiences: Champagne and live jazz on arrival. Roaming feathered dancers. A surprise aerialist mid-evening.
  • The unexpected twist: Midway through, guests were guided to a hidden basement theater. A live swing band. Pro dancers. Logoed shot luge. Gourmet popcorn bar. Full bar still going strong.

The Outcome
