I couldn’t have been happier with the care Minnie received at Pet Squad. Krystal treated her like her own, and the daily updates and photos meant so much. Knowing Minnie was not only safe but loved gave me real peace of mind. She stayed three nights and was clearly in wonderful hands. Thank you, Pet Squad — and a special, heartfelt thank-you to Krystal for loving my sweet girl. We will definitely be back!

Where do I even begin with how amazing this facility is. I have had to have my sweet and sometimes temperamental boy here for what seems like forever but was definitely a long term stay. He became like family to these guys, and I even got to go and visit him a couple times. My fiance and I have had a rough last few months but we made sure that our dogs were taken care of like family. I highly recommend these ladies and gentlemen who run this facility. They taught him tricks and how to hug! You can see the love they give the dogs they have boarded. And they are in the perfect profession. Their love pours into the dogs and animals that they are being trusted with! If we ever ever needed to have them boarded again, which I don’t think my boy Atticus is going to let that happen ever he’s actually probably not ever going to let me leave 🤣 this is definitely the place to take your furry family. This boy is like a son to me and when everyone tried to tell me to just give him up I searched every boarding facility and this is the one I went with. They picked him up, along with our other dog who also was boarded with them. They definitely have a special place in our heart for how well they treated our babies. And we just can’t say enough good things about this place. We got daily photos and daily report cards on how they were doing that day! We even got videos sometimes. It’s so good to see how happy my boy was because he doesn’t just like everyone and you can tell the people who work here have genuine hearts for their dogs. Because he was such a love bug to everyone who worked with him. They even started calling him the pet squad dog 🥰❤️ and today we get to have my boy back! After a long few months we finally get to be reunited with our babies. And it’s all because of this amazing facility!

Pet Squad is a fantastic neighborhood groomer, boarder, and pet daycare. The people are genuinely caring, and the facility is clean, welcoming, and well run. You can tell they truly love the pets, and it shows in everything they do. We always feel confident leaving our pup there and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place they can trust for dogs and cats. Sometimes they even do pet photo shoots!!!!

10/10 recommend!! Matt did an amazing job on Basil and she looks the best she’s ever looked!!! If you book here book with Matt he’s amazing!! Amazing staff as well. Michelle who works at the front desk was so sweet too! Great place to take your dogs.

My dog got sprayed by a skunk. I spent all morning trying to call different dog groomers, not a single one of them answered. This place answered within seconds, answered all my questions, And told me prices upfront!
They didn’t have any Appointments available, but were able to squeeze me in which meant more to me than anything!
We were set up with groomer Matt, I did not get to meet him personally, but he did keep me updated with pictures through their pet report!
Picked him up smelling so much better, softer and he was sooo happy.

I could not recommend PetSquad enough! Specifically Candace who groomed our 8 month old bichpoo. He previously had a terrible grooming service elsewhere & I've been nervous to take him in but it was definitely time. I wanted him to have play time with other pups before he got groomed to get his zoomies out & he was having a blast before we left! The facility was very clean and staff was so professional & friendly. I really love the grooming report they send when the groom is done!! He looks so good, even though he wasn't happy about the clippers Candace did amazing and we will be scheduling regular grooms and doggy daycare here!! I feel incredibly safe leaving my fur baby here🤎🤎🤎

My corgi is not the nicest when it comes to grooming, they handled her with so much care and love. Definitely a great first experience and will be taking Stella back:)

Pet Squad did an AMAZING job with my dog!
She was in much need of grooming, and they truly exceeded my expectations. They came and picked her up, took such great care of her, and made sure she was clean, sparkly, and looking absolutely beautiful. When they dropped her back off, she was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for.
I’m so thankful for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. This was such a convenient and stress-free experience, and I can’t thank Pet Squad enough. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier grooming services! 🐾✨

The staff is so friendly. The groomers do an excellent job and care about the dogs. My dog stays for daycare after she is groomed do have time to run errands and shop. It’s a great place to

My wife and I decided to try Pet Squad to board our German Shepherd over the weekend. Wow! We are very pleased with the personal care she received and the daily picture and video updates of her stay. This is our new go to location for boarding our pets. We have used Pet Squad for grooming and have always been very satisfied. Now we will use them for boarding too. GREAT JOB

Love taking my Australian Shepherd for her bath and tidy! They always find a way to squeeze her in and they take such good care of while she’s there. I get so many compliments about her and how fabulous she looks. I always give Pet Squad the credit and recommend taking their pet there as well.

They gave my mini schnauzer the best groom he’s ever had! He looks adorable. The facility is very clean and nice, the staff was friendly and asked detailed questions prior to the groom. I highly recommend them!!

First time I took my Westie in I specifically said, “ I don’t want her skirt cut. They shaved her bald. She looked like an opossum. I have them a second chance, they did a good job. Today I took her in again, explicitly said do not cut her skirt. They cut all but 3/4 of an inch. I’m furious. They charged me 30% more. After 5 hours no one has called. Could not get through their phone system to a person. I just stopped by to see what was going on. She was finished. I got her home and she ran to her water dish and drank over a cup of water. She obviously had not had the opportunity to have a drink. I will not be going back!

Terrible customer service service. Booked a grooming appointment online, received no confirmation. Called on a Friday morning to confirm appt, and had to leave a message because no one answered. Finally got callback on Monday to say they have no availability on the day and time I booked. This would have been my first time using Pet Squad but now they have lost my potential business forever. Gal on phone did not apologize for any inconvenience and only made excuses for the way their system works, or doesn't work in this case. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It’s without a doubt that my fur baby will come home in tip top shape after having a fun day with some of the funniest and friendliest staff members. More importantly though, is the love and care that the groomers dedicate to my pups. Our dogs aren’t considered just a number and a quick shave. This shop values and loves each pet like it’s one of their own. They not only take into consideration any special cuts or requests but ultimately to do whats right for the dogs and keep them healthy. They nurture and love! And may I add, they are quite entertaining too. Very lucky to have had Pet Squad in our life.

Absolutely thrilled with Petsquad in Springdale! They did an amazing job grooming my doodle, and the difference was night and day. The staff was friendly and truly cared about the comfort and well-being of my furry friend. The grooming was fantastic and they had my doodle feeling so soft! Used pet squad while on spring break last week. Nice clean facility very professional friendly staff. Even came in after hours on weekend so we could pick up our dog after boarding her there while on vacation. Reasonable prices.
